We seek a mechanically minded individual looking for an opportunity to join an efficient auto service center team! Our successful Automotive Service - Master Technician candidate understands vehicle electrical and computer systems and is able to properly diagnose and fix repairs. Responsibilities:

--- Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach
--- Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships
--- Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle's integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes
--- Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
--- Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes


Qualifications:

--- Possess a high school diploma or GED
--- Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary
--- Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
--- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired
