Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Support Supervisor responsible
for managing daily operations and tech infrastructure in warehouse
locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of analysts and support technicians, including
training and development
Provide technical support and problem resolution, including 24X7
on-call support
Procure hardware and software, manage tech budgets, and maintain
site inventory tracking
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field or
equivalent experience
Proven experience managing IT staff and project initiatives
Experience with troubleshooting printers and managing client
computing environments
Ability to lift computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Experience with handheld scanners and local area network cabling
systems is a plus
