Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Facilitator to lead engaging
learning experiences for first-generation college students of
color.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual programming and in-person workshops for college
students
Collaborate with staff to ensure content fidelity and
effectiveness
Review and internalize session content to personalize delivery
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience facilitating virtual learning
experiences
3+ years of experience in a corporate setting or working with
college-aged young adults
Adept at using virtual communication tools like Google Docs, Zoom,
and Slack
Based in or near New York City
Availability within specified hours on weekdays and weekends
