A company is looking for a Systems and Analytics Project Manager
for its Global Safeguarding Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support regional strategies and manage core budgets
Ensure effective systems for human resources, finance, and
operations in country offices
Integrate safeguarding practices into work and promote open
communication among team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of professional
experience in the development/humanitarian sector
1+ years of experience with data management systems and automated
workflows
Proficiency in managing Power BI dashboards and advanced experience
in data analysis software
Experience in developing global procedures for NGO program
management
Knowledge of gender-based violence, protection, and safeguarding
field practices
