Overview:Meraki Talent is working with a US Real Estate fund who are looking to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst, for their Atlanta office. The firm has grown from strength to strength over the last 25 years, with > $5bn AUM. They're keen to bring on a talented individual to their ever-growing team. The firm targets the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of hospitality assets across the US.
Job Description:This newly created role will report directly to the Head of IR and liaise closely with the investment & finance team, by supporting the business on all aspects of outreach including building excel models, working on pitch decks, investor queries and managing CRM. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or enhance their IR career path, by learning in a leading shop in the Real Estate industry.
Experience:Investor Relations & Real Estate experience is a preferred but not a necessity. This role would suit a candidate transitioning from Investment Banking or an Investment role who wants to learn the industry, can wear multiple hats and eager to grow with the firm. An individual with attention to detail, modelling skills and strong PowerPoint & excel skills will thrive here.
The ideal candidate would have the following background:

• 1-3 years' experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking or Investment Management
• Background in Real Estate or a passion for the industry
• Ideally, have a strong educational background, including professional qualifications or equivalent
