Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Retention Specialist (Remote)
to assist patients wishing to cancel their service and to promote
retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with
inquiries
Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to retain
patients
Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their
return
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service
Experience in a high volume, phone-based environment
