Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Development professional in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new agency relationships through inbound leads and strategic outreach
Manage post-sales activities and ensure broker satisfaction with services
Maintain a deep understanding of solutions and provide guidance to brokers

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience selling commercial insurance
Familiarity with Executive Risks (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime) insurance
Existing relationships with Chicago broker partners
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
