Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accessibility Research Program Lead
to shape and evolve their inclusive design program through research
and user insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize outreach and advocate for the inclusive design program
among product teams
Design and conduct user research studies with people with
disabilities to gather insights
Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of the inclusive
design program and track progress
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Human
Factors, or a related field
Proven experience conducting user research with people with
disabilities
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
(e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
Expert understanding of assistive technologies and their usage
patterns
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
