daysCore Responsibilities of an Aftermarket Appointment SetterLead
Generation: Identify potential clients and determine customer
interest through outbound calling and digital outreach.Scheduling
Appointments: Arrange appointments for the sales team with
prospective customers interested in aftermarket products and
services.Information Gathering: Collect and document necessary
information from customers during initial contact phase to ensure a
smooth sales process.Relationship Building: Foster strong
relationships with potential clients to enhance engagement and
maintain interest in HomePros offerings.Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on appointment setting metrics and adjust
strategies to optimize performance.Preferred Qualifications and
Skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service particularly
in a role involving appointment setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in
