We're searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities:

--- Strategize how to use social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
--- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
--- Maintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospects
--- Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close


Qualifications:

--- Strong customer service experience is necessary for this position
--- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
--- Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
--- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
--- You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
