Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Technical Consultant (Developer) to join our LS Retail team in the Americas. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, and a strong grasp of programming languages and Dynamics 365 Business Central software.Main assignments (include but are not limited to the following):

• Develop and implement our LS Central software and components in all functional areas.
• Serve as a lead technical expert on implementation projects.
• Work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Consultants to understand the business/application requirements of the assigned task.
• Analyze and estimate client modification requests.
• Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed specifications.
• Test functionality developed by the team against business requirements.
• Contribute to system documentation and training materials.
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.Requirements:
• BS in Engineering, BS in Computer Science, or similar.
• Creativity to come up with new technical solutions.
• 5 or more years of experience as a software developer working with Dynamics Business Central/NAV, at least 3 of which must be with the AL programming language.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Git and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Business Central 17 and above is required; additional experience with prior NAV versions is highly desirable.
• Experience with eCommerce/Omni Channel integrations through to Order Fulfilment is desirable.
