hiring a full- time Clinical Supervisor to join our outstanding
Emergency Services team!
Licensed Veterinary Technicians with Emergency medicine and
leadership experience are strongly encouraged to
apply!Compensation:Based on experience, starting at $28/hr. *An
additional $2/hr shift differential is offered on eligible shifts.
Schedule Requirements:Three 12-hr shifts OR Four 10-hr shifts.
Requires weekends, Holidays, and on-call rotation availability.
Must have a willingness to be flexible to accommodate dynamic and
fluctuating hospital needs.Full-Time Benefits:
As the Emergency Services Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a
pivotal role in the training, administration, and cohesive teamwork
on the floor. Collaborating closely with the management team,
you'll ensure high-quality and comprehensive medical services to
enhance the client and patient experience. Your responsibilities
will encompass scheduling, training, and fostering a collaborative
atmosphere among team members. This position is largely responsible
for identifying gaps in protocols and processes, communicating
protocol changes, organizational/hospital news, staffing changes,
and/or other pertinent information in a positive and timely
fashion.This role is 70% technical and 30% administrativeAbout You:
The Clinical Supervisor is an experienced Veterinary Technician who
possesses advanced people skills, empathy, leadership skills, time
management, and multi-tasking/priority management. Your primary
responsibility is managing patient throughput, while overseeing
patients and operations of the emergency department while on shift.
The Clinical Supervisor is expected to lead by example; and will
serve as a charge nurse and perform necessary administrative
