Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Insight Manager to gather
customer feedback and data to enhance their journey and optimize
conversion rates and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research
initiatives to gather customer insights
Conduct customer interviews and surveys to identify pain points and
expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer
insights into marketing and product strategies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer insight or research roles,
preferably in a consumer-facing business
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative
and qualitative data
Experience in conducting customer interviews and creating
surveys
Proven track record of leveraging customer insights to influence
business strategy
Ability to segment customer insights and provide targeted
recommendations
