Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Sales Operations Manager to enhance sales effectiveness in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales performance measurement process and ensure alignment with business goals
Drive operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline generation, and account planning
Champion the creation and deployment of sales program strategies and methodologies

Required Qualifications

8 - 12 years of experience in the tech industry
12+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or related fields
5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com and related business processes
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company in the Americas marketplace
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
