Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Revenue Cycle
to provide strategic direction and leadership for revenue cycle
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee processes for efficient information flow between billing
vendors and the receivables department
Monitor accounts receivable and implement corrective measures as
needed
Manage vendor and payer relationships to resolve systematic
issues
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with
knowledge of revenue cycle operations
5+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
Experience with third-party billing service providers or revenue
cycle management software
Thorough understanding of medical billing processes and Medicare
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
