Design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a multinational team of product designers and user
researchers
Establish a user research function to guide product and service
development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline design
strategy and processes
Required Qualifications
Experience leading a generalist design and research team of more
than 5 members
Proven ability to balance business requirements, technology, and
user insights
Experience building and scaling research functions with strategic
operational structures
Expertise in hiring for the right skill sets to achieve team
goals
Strong ability to advocate for design within the organization
