Job Description:

**Responsibilities:**- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation- Allocate resources for assigned projects- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications**Requirements:**- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction- Expertise in healthcare construction projects, tenant fit-outs, and renovations- Ability to manage ground-up construction projects- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Strong understanding of utility work (excluding underground utilities)- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills- A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment**Benefits:**- Competitive salary based on experience, around $130K range- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Paid time off and holidays- Continuing education opportunities- A collaborative and supportive work environmentJoin us in making history with our remarkable projects and strong team spirit.
