Manage a Zaxby's Restaurant in Braselton, GA
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, staff productivity, and budgets to ensure top-notch personnel and product.
Key responsibilities include training, evaluating, and meeting company goals, as well as managing budgets, optimizing expenses, and holding employees accountable for productivity, efficiency, and safety.
Additional duties include hiring and scheduling, maintaining health and safety protocols, preparing reports for upper management, and coaching and training staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in QSR or Hospitality and be eligible to work legally in the United States.
