Job Description:
A company is looking for a Default Reporting Analyst I to
support the Freedom Servicing group with reporting and compliance
tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage timely and accurate reporting for accounts in default to
assigned investors/insurers
Engage with various default areas to ensure smooth processes and
accurate information reporting
Monitor and analyze reports to identify servicing gaps and
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
BA Degree preferred
Three years of mortgage servicing experience in the default
arena
Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, or conventional loan types
Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUP's & Excel formulas)
Self-directed ability to work independently and prioritize
tasks
